      Avantages

      It keeps the lights on. It provides standard corporate benefits (PTO, health insurance,401k) You do not get holidays off.

      Inconvénients

      This job will deteriorate your mental health. They offer free therapy sessions for a reason. As you will see in the other reviews it is a back to back calls, with 8 hours of non stop verbal abuse. Using the bathroom outside of your scheduled break is frowned upon and seen as work avoidance. You also can’t get sick, they don’t offer sick days. Your team lead and coach care about their own job security and will not hesitate to make an example out of you.

      Avantages

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
