      Great innovations in the digital age. The fact that there are set company goals and every one strives towards them with no hidden agendas.

      Inconvénients

      When i was there i was never part of the team after department concerns were put forward, if you not part of the boys club the chances of being promoted are unlikely.

      You get to work with people who want to innovate. If your suggestions aligns with the organsations strategy, your idea will be built.

      Inconvénients

      Some staff aren't interested in developing themselves, so change can be slow in these areas.
