The managers are very honest and will put 100% into helping you to progress. There are plenty opportunities for development and training offered to employees, the benefits are generous and everyone is welcoming and kind, always willing to help. Truly a lovely place to work!

Too much access to free coffee and biscuits :) But on a serious note, even if I tried to be negative I would struggle. Seems like a company who understands the importance of it's employees - this is the way a workplace should be.

As a professional working in the software quality area, I can say that there is a lot of effort invested in trying to follow good practices like code review, BDD methodology, and test automation where QA is involved from the beginning of the process. The company provides the possibility to choose the equipment to work with and is flexible on any requirements needed regarding it in order to make things as easy as possible. Flexibility in working hours and the option to work remotely are always good for work-life balance.

The company is focused on SAP Hybris e-commence platform projects, and it could be a little bit limited when trying to introduce new technologies (this can potentially change in the future). Sometimes the learning curve is challenging at the beginning.
