      Avantages

      …but for a while, there's just been one direction: downwards. Used to be a nice place to work, yet things were changing. If you work there you get fruit twice a week. But only if you are early and lucky. And after I left, I heard they finally got a real coffee machine. Met some pretty excellent people there.

      Inconvénients

      Dishonest managers, lingering in their management bubble. Some teams with too much leadership, some other teams without any. After the climax was reached: no serious projects. An IT-department with a North Korean attitude. Many good people were leaving.

      Avantages

      Got me an ideal position at decent payrate

      Inconvénients

      Screwed up cross state taxes. Had me paying taxes in client's state not state I worked in remotely. Took way too long to get resolved!

      Avantages

      There is time to develop independently. If you have boring tasks at the moment, you can always read some articles in the Internet to learn something new. And it is the only case, because you will probably not learn anything new from your colleagues (see Kontras)

      Inconvénients

      It depends on the team in which you work. There are both kind of developers in my team: good and bad developers in terms of knowledge. In fact, I didn't get almost any real code review for the past 2,5 years - it is because of team specific. We have multiple projects over team and there are only me and another developer on my project. The other developer just started his work experience and can't review me a lot. I also didn't learn anything new from my other colleagues, all the knowledge that I earned, I earned on my own
