      The hybrid work model offers some flexibility. The office is conveniently located near the rail station.

      Inconvénients

      1. The management team lacks a clear understanding of the tasks assigned to various teams. This results in poor guidance and support. 2.There is a noticeable lack of collaboration both within and between teams. This hampers productivity and makes work more stressful. 3. Employees face an overwhelming amount of work with no standard tasks or organized teams to streamline processes. 4. The IT setup is outdated, with old PCs and frequent disruptions caused by noisy colleagues.

      Avantages

      The only pros about this job was the location of the building and the hybrid working model.

      Inconvénients

      In this company, only those with connections survive. The big money goes to a few people, while analysts are given crumbs. They demand unpaid overtime, give no raises, and engage in bullying, firing anyone who dares to speak the truth about the rot inside the company. The only ones who survive there are those with connections. It’s the most toxic environment I’ve ever seen in my life. They also fire anyone they simply don’t like.
