      Avantages

      Excellent team. Decent pay. Transparency in management. There are some nice perks like fooseball, company bbqs and ping pong tables too.

      Inconvénients

      Issues meeting commitments. Almost every project goes substantially over the target due date and nothing seems to ever get done to correct this.

      Avantages

      I learned somethings while I was there. Good hours for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      I was let go due to poor performance but I was never given a warning about my performance. I thought I was doing well for the most part until I was told I was being let go and from what it seems they hired someone to replace me who had more experience. Which is fine but some warning or a discussion before being let go would have been professional.
