      Avantages

      - A nice team that is really supportive - Working on cutting edge technology that has a direct impact on the customer's success - Flexible employer - Taking care of kids during working hours is not an issue (very supportive during lockdowns) - Fast-growing

      Inconvénients

      It can be stressful from time to time but this is normal when you want to deliver top-notch software in time ;)

      Avantages

      - Great people culture - are a remote first organization because of the trust and quality of all employees. Really feels like everyone is pushing as one team despite all the various roles. - Are doing a great job as a startup in keeping pace with the industry and incorporating the latest features in their products (haystack, deepset cloud)

      Inconvénients

      - Can be fast-paced, but that is an implicit understanding of a start-up in the ML/AI space
