      Avantages

      I've applied to Crowdspring last December 2022 and got the job after a series of interviews. The training lasted about 2 weeks and the manager always provides additional training for topics that you are having a hard time grasping. Great work-life balance and flexible schedule, to be honest.

      Inconvénients

      No medical benefits since I'm remote and contractual
