      Inconvénients

      - Won't tell the budget for hiring and get the candidate involved for the hiring process. - After conducting 3-4 rounds of interview (total time consumed: 3 hours) they would offer very low ( as per industrial standards ) package and won't even consider your ask. - They would make up some flaws in you so that you accept their low offer. - Time waste.

      5 Days off first year of employment seems very inappropriate when dealing with seasoned professionals.
