      They promote within and HR is really good about handling issues. Work life and balance is very easy to maintain as they work with you on pretty much any scenario.

      Avantages

      Excellent benefits with the company paying a large portion of the cost. Flexible schedule. Loves to promote from within!

      Inconvénients

      Government clearance process slows the hiring down if you are not already cleared.

      The pay is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership in my contract. However, I've heard positive things about their leadership in other contracts.
