      Avantages

      I'm able to work from home. I receive lots of support from my manager and coworkers if I have questions. Pays well for the workload.

      Inconvénients

      Small, growing division of the business so benefits package is so-so. No corporate departments to rely on (i.e. HR, payroll, IT).
