      Avantages

      As a mechanic it was good place to work, lots of equipment and processes to learn, Sylvania provided many technical and safety classes. Great and knowledgeable work force. Many opportunities. Unfortunately plant was shutdown in 2014 and equipment was transferred to Mexico.

      Inconvénients

      Very fast pace. Sometime I felt overwhelmed. During my time Manchester plant has 5 or 6 plant managers. Each new plant manager would introduce some or many changes in short time frame. Lots of pressure down to employees.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
