      Avantages

      large company, stable employment, diverse products. rual area, decent pay, decent mgmt, training provided at no charge, progressive technology used in production

      Inconvénients

      limited advancement, pay structure very bias to staff and hourly workers but not middle managment. Bonus structure very bias and does not promote good attitude.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
