      Job title restructure into junior engineer. Career path to senior engineer is greatly affected. Overtime pay reduce 33% to 1000 for 72hour... as good as cheap labour. Night allowance is among the worst. Frequent force leave with plant shutdown. Only 6month of Overtime freeze in a year. Low bonus give out in similar industry. Doesnt treasure experience staff at all.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
