      Avantages

      Good environment and good colleagues. Relaxed work and zero stress. The company is willing to invest in your training, whenever it is possible.

      Inconvénients

      You are a number without any empowerment. Managers don’t share info and play with the headcounts to enlarge their personal power. The management is vacant and don’t take any decision ever. The current structure is not capable to change to answer properly to the new markets demands.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
