I started at ZOT as an intern and was given many opportunities for growth through being trusted with new tasks. The senior managers and directors were always willing to support me with any issues I had and the atmosphere in the office allows me to ask anyone for help with anything I might need. I've also seen that a large part of the senior management was promoted from within which gives me some extra motivation to work.

Working in a small sales team, you can be tasked with a wide variety of things, which can keep the work interesting, but could be challenging for some.

Condensed breaks, Environment dependent on managers mood ,where swear words are everyday words, Being shouted at is common, Front office is silent, everyone in office is on edge, but one girl tries to be friendly and helpful, although I see her demoralised, There are too many supervisors and Managers for the staff, And staff turnover is horrendous. I can't state enough - don't work here!!!
