The number of projects (customer facing and internal tools) that I got to work on was great. One time, I was asked by the COO to build a reporting dashboard and I was given a strict timeline. I learnt how to manage my time well, and also to give frank feedback. Mgmt knew it was a tight timeline and they were open to feedback and suggestions. Enhanced my learning and skills greatly. I am now a Sr. Manager in another software firm and I think my experience with managing time and delivery in that project help me in my current job.

I am expected to learn fast. Sometimes it can get scary. But working in a small and agile company is what this means. First i thought, when i came from my previous company, that this was too fast paced and lot of responsibility was given to me. it got too much and i had to learn time management quickly.

As above, always new stuff to work on. Extremely professional and aptitude/attitude based, good, on time salaries and regular raises. Where else can one work on the Olympics?

No place for free loaders or slackers. One doesn't get to work with people who don't have a can-do attitude.
