Avantages

- Great opportunity to sell a ton of new business and make good money doing it - Super energizing culture, people around you are very driven and smart - Definitely the #1 product on the market, almost an easy sell (no such thing but it comes close)

Inconvénients

- Leadership is almost 100% white and male from mid-tier up to the C-level, there is definitely a Bro Culture that makes it feel uncomfortable to be a woman - Very little diversity and inclusion, the culture was all about "destroying" others - from former companies we've worked with, to even having a "trash can award" for the "worst client" that was sold to where the team and management would make fun of small businesses that bought their product - sales management records every single call you have and nitpicks their way through it using AI technology - you could be repremanded for leaving out a single word from the scripts they give you - super shady, I knew I had to leave when leadership told us to stop telling prospects how we captured the data - Long hours, weekend work, and new prospect calls every 30 minutes - When I asked my manager how to improve, he said stop taking lunch so I can take more meetings...

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. You are spot on to recognize that income potential is significantly higher at ZoomInfo than at many other companies. It’s not uncommon for Sales team members to earn six figures only a year or two after joining. The tech stack is superb and ZoomInfo is known in the industry as the ‘premier’ tool for Go to Market teams. Diversity, equity and inclusion is incredibly important to our organization. Although we acknowledge that sales cultures can be boisterous and high-energy, we do not condone any behavior that is discriminatory or makes anyone feel uncomfortable or unsafe. This is not commensurate with our values; any behavior of this nature should immediately be reported to HR. One of the ways we support women at ZoomInfo is through our Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) employee resource group. WIN meets regularly and hosts several annual events that highlight our women in leadership and create networking and mentoring opportunities for women at ZoomInfo. We are proud of the fact that our percentage of women in leadership in several of our departments exceeds the industry average. As our company continues to grow, culture is top of mind for the executive team. We are currently conducting extensive focus groups to analyze employee sentiment, identify quick wins, and develop medium- and long-term action plans to engage our employees, help them grow and build their careers here at ZoomInfo. Avantages

ZoomInfo has an incredible company culture that truly stands out-- even working remotely, you feel connected and part of something bigger. The company has a strong focus on being a leader in its space and is constantly innovating, which keeps the work exciting and meaningful. There is a genuine willingness to let ideas and concepts flourish, and employees are empowered to contribute in real ways. I am coming up on four years here, which speaks for itself-- this is a place where you can grow, get promoted quickly, and build a real career. The development resources are outstanding, including McKinsey Leadership programs, internal leadership courses, and LinkedIn Learning. Managers are supportive and invested in your success which makes showing up to work exciting

Inconvénients

At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Additionally, there is still work to be done around diversity in leadership-- increasing representation of people of color and women in leadership roles would make an already great culture even stronger.

Avantages

Great management in the CS org. Very little micromanagement, and lets you do your job as you see fit. Promotes work life balance and tend to be real people. Collaborative teams, usually willing to help each other out wherever needed. Good room for growth if you are performing well and are vocal about wanting to move up.

Inconvénients

Salary could be higher for the market, and for how many products you are expected to work with and specialize in. Communication from marketing and leadership directly to clients could be more effectively communicated to the client facing roles prior to reaching the client.
