- Toxic environment. Working here is psychological torture. - Attempt to hide statistics from investors and decepting customers. Please read all the reviews, the negative ones are the truth while the 5 stars review are either paid/sponsored or comes from family members. - No work life balance. Expect to work on public holiday and weekends (No OT). They will keep expecting you to be on standby mode. CEO will be angered and expect you to reply message and respond on calls in less than 5 seconds. - Unequal pay, offers are biased; not through result based. - Micromanage to its finest. - Arrogant, unprofessional and attitudes from the HR Manager. Doesn't know much about the law and doesn't know how to do the job, she's there cause she's the family member to the founders. So many employees have voiced dissatisfaction and faced frustration under her hands. - Condescending CEO's. Fickle minded, unappreciative. The more you perform, the more workload is dumped on you. - No career opportunity at all, they don't believe in trainings, employee retention, growth or promotion. - 100% India culture. - Family run social hierarchy, they sit in high position, does not know how to do the job, on top of it, started bullying culture and looks down on the rest.
