Avantages
Decent pay. Decent but expensive benefits
Inconvénients
I would give zero stars if I could. The branch manager has a habit of lying — even when the truth would suffice. Leadership frequently gaslights employees and misleads them about promotion opportunities. Advancement is reserved for a chosen few, and when favorites are identified, new titles and roles are invented just to justify their climb up the ladder. If your manager finds you convenient in your current role, don't expect growth. Being highly competent can actually work against you here. Rumors and gossip carry more weight than facts, and decisions are made without proper investigation. The branch manager participates in gossip like a high school clique leader, often targeting long-term, respected employees — damaging morale and trust. HR is completely ineffective. They prioritize their relationships with management over their responsibilities to employees and seem more focused on shielding the branch manager from accountability than resolving real issues. I spent too many years here hoping to build a career. Learn from my mistake — stay away.
