6yThanks for providing this feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not all positive. Customer support is a tough role, but it should also be fun and fulfilling. We're currently implementing changes to address these issues. As a matter of policy and practice, all of our hourly (non-exempt) employees should be clocked in and are compensated for any work they are performing, whether at home or the office.
