      Avantages

      -Decent base salary. -Still have some time to change turn things around. -Due to poor management, work life balance can be pretty good.

      Inconvénients

      -The tech needs improving. CEO/ owner don't seem to have the foresight in tech to see that they're not market leaders. -Treatment of staff and high turn over is laughable. -Do culture of feedback or criticism. Don't agree with head office, you're most likely be out of the company. -Changed direction every few weeks. Bad for clients and company alike. -More interested in their own growth which means they're building a product no one wants or needs.

      Avantages

      Zapper, as a company, has been around for years, but is just now establishing itself in the USA. The team here is energetic and excited to be bringing this company to the US. The work is very collaborative, and everybody's voice matters. Feedback from superiors is always constructive. Trying out ideas and testing theories is always encouraged. Work/family life balance has been great. Supervisors are very understanding when family members are sick and you need to work from home.

      Inconvénients

      If you require the structure and rules of a well established corporation, this might not be the place for you.
