      Avantages

      The only pros is that you're employed and they contribute to a retirement fund (PARS).

      Inconvénients

      -They treat you like a delinquent and undermine your intelligence -Last minute unnecessary meetings -High School culture -Favoritism and shadiness -The male administrative staff have creepy vibes -Old school approach to clocking in - you have to fill out a time sheet and drop it off with the school -Not up with the times using online applications to clock in/out

      Avantages

      the pay is a bit higher than min. Wage. Mostly deal with kids in your own classroom setting, so good experience for teaching, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fun working with kids.

      Inconvénients

      Little hours since its after school care. Management is strict on following everything by curriculum although kids may not enjoy having a schedule recreation or get bored of it easily because they dont want to play the same thing for 35min. Management may scold you if kids are sitting during recreation because theyre not interested. Not much room for employment growth or increase in pay
