      Avantages

      Thank you Your.Rentals for the opportunity. Since I started, no day has been looking like the other, and I keep on learning. The company is still human-sized, and therefore anyone can be heard, get involved in multiple thriving projects, and being a stakeholder no matter the department. The company is growing and changing fast, making each project so interesting. Each team member is also very unique, and everyone brings their own piece to this beautiful puzzle.

      Inconvénients

      There is A LOT to do at Your.Rentals, and if you are not a person that thrives multi-tasking positions, and fast change, it might be a challenge for you to adapt.

      Fun and collaborative team. It's still a new company in the market so we could learn and explore a lot

      Inconvénients

      Unclear career path, mid-level managers problems. Special working time but the salary and compensation did not match the market.

      - Flexible time working, Work from home policy - No weekends work - Nice colleagues anđ mentor - Great product ideas - The vibe in Hanoi Office is pretty dynamic

      Inconvénients

      - Did not have a structured policy or fixed rules. - Not much engagement or bonding between the CS team and IT team in general because some are shy.
