      12-month project (2022). Set up temp offices in AZ, Leases building, Design office space, Design manufacturing area (clean room), Hire staff: Project well under way, Construction budget approved and in progress.

      Inconvénients

      7/24 workload, but helped company into a position to be successful Was only one in AZ to establish a new venture 1st 6 months

      Avantages

      -good equipment and facility -free lunches while i was there -lots of good people

      Inconvénients

      -pace is crazy -sales and c-suite are super ambitious and overly optimistic about what the engineering team can accomplish -needs better structural planning since there's a lot of reactive decisions
