Working for yates is stable. They offer plenty of overtime and if you work hard enough there is a chance for advancement.
Inconvénients
The work is grueling. You will hurt when you get home every night. The politics are sometimes more important than the quality of the employees, and the pay doesn't increase to match the cost of living.
