The only con is that it is small. But is that really a con?

You get the feeling that everyone there is serious about what they do, and that they work hard to bring their clients the best experience possible. However, they don't lose sight of the need to approach things with calmness, clarity, and a fresh mind. They're committed not just to technology, but the community surrounding them, having bought out the park across the street and frequently going out to contribute in community events or give public presentations. Everyone there was nice to get along with.

No cons, it was great!
