      Avantages

      Secure, benefits are great, work-life balance is awesome.

      Inconvénients

      Management is very corporate-style. Engineers aren't involved enough in conversations they SHOULD be involved in. Uncompetitive salary relative to COL in the area, and management doesn't acknowledge it because they don't experience it and make way much more money than the engineers to bat an eye in our direction. Managers are too technical. There are no people managers. Meaning that office life gets dull and too serious. Very easily these managers take sides rather than take a logical, people-oriented and trained approach to solve matters.

      Avantages

      The employees are fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good people to work with. There’s a strong family-oriented culture, and work-life balance is generally respected, which makes day-to-day work sustainable and less stressful compared to many companies in the industry.

      Inconvénients

      The compensation package is not very competitive compared to similar roles in the market. Some of the product technology feels outdated, which can make innovation and efficiency more challenging. Additionally, upper management can feel somewhat cliquey at times, which may impact transparency and broader team inclusion.
