      The type of work is good

      Inconvénients

      New management come in with great ideas but only one persons ideas count. HR always Touting awards on social media for best managed company but can’t stop the mass exodus with poor internal moral . Wages are poor , don’t Match similar industries so people leave . Lack of training . Lack of trade recognition.

      Avantages

      Brought from home to site in company van and if u have a full licence.U will probably end up with a company van.

      Inconvénients

      Overtime has to be done to meet deadline times for job's to be done on site.
