      Avantages

      Good place to teach as there are structured lessons and a team who cares. My interaction with the team is positive.

      Inconvénients

      Can get busy with parent updates. Overall a positive and reliable learning experience.

      Avantages

      Convenient location Small centres, few students, low crowds

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership Company only interested in earning dollars, sometimes at the expense of what they can provide as an education centre. Materials are used over and over again every year. Teachers are not screened properly. Health conditions of teachers are not screened. Some teachers can barely remember student's progress and names. Frequent changing of teachers.

      Friendly leaders and co-workers. Benefits and incentives are good. Option to work remotely.

      Turnover is high so workflow can be affected.
