You pick your shifts, fed on the job, tip pool at the end of your shift, lots of time off when Cubs are out of town, co workers and clientele are in a good mood since everyone is outdoors at a baseball game!
Inconvénients
Tips are very hit/miss. Corporate parties almost never tip well. Hours are inconsistent with the baseball team traveling. Management will tell you to "not solicit tips" even though the job is advertised as a tipped position.
If you're a seasoned service industry worker I wouldn't recommend working here. Levy is not the best management, and the managers are seem to be incompetent at times.
Tip compensation is not worth the hassle of working there most of the time.
also the majority if the staff are either teachers, students or Irish kids on temp visas so expect to work with laow quality temp workers who have no idea what they're doing once all the good workers leave for the summer.
