      Avantages

      Family Owned, decent compensation, flexible with understanding time off work, care about their employees, benefits, willing to make necessary changes, open to new ideas, annual bbq are a ton of fun and a great idea.

      Inconvénients

      Family drama, benefits over just employee are very expensive, lacking better technology, management team is a little too intense, they need to relax, show more appreciation.

      Avantages

      The company's size and equipment allowed it to be nimble. It did its best to be innovative given its limited resources. It was extremely customer focused and creatively figured out ways to take care of even the most demanding clients. The owners tried to create a sense of "family" among the workforce and many of the employees didn't want to work anywhere else as a result.

      Inconvénients

      Company lacked the financial resources of larger/better capitalized competitors which kept it from being able to invest in new equipment to improve quality and productivity. Chatsworth location was challenging when trying to sell to Orange County print buyers.
