Avantages
I've worked with so many wonderful people over the years at this company. I think this type of work (helping students) will always attract amazing people.
Inconvénients
The leadership here is clueless. I watched rounds of layoffs happen over COVID that left employees doing multiple colleagues' jobs (at a pay cut) while the leadership team continued to come up with bad ideas to execute. Somehow you can survive rounds of layoffs and still have about 10 bosses over you all with opposing views on what direction the company should be headed in.
