      A lot of freedom, little control of what you are doing daily Good pay Very interesting job which doesnt bore (or bore slowly)

      Inconvénients

      Very weird and distant top management Not much collaboration, most of the time you work alone Deferred bonuses (2+ years)

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
