      Avantages

      Worldquant is a very good company with great work-life-balance and great environment. People here is evaluated by their true work, not PPT work. And you can decide which research direction by yourself, not by management assignment.

      Inconvénients

      Bad thing for all large companies...

      Avantages

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
