      Well paid compared to other industry, yearly lay-off usually doesn't affect tech departments much...

      Inconvénients

      Poor management culture. Manager kept on saying you HAVE to know everything, HAVE to remember everything, etc. No real useful suggestions.

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Inconvénients

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
