Free breakfast. Small SG office, you get to know everyone, Most people are genuinely helpful and willing to share knowledge. As part of ANT there could be opportunities for development in other offices.
Inconvénients
Management make comments about the way the women in the office are dressed and this makes us feel uncomfortable. This has been reported to HR but no action is taken. The office is beset by poor IT infrastructure and systems which makes work more difficult and time consuming than it needs to be. There is a reluctance to make any changes and a lack of understanding about the problems we face. The management style has made the office very political and this has caused mistrust and difficulties when working with colleagues in other offices. If you want to progress or be treated favourably, you must join in with the daily office drinking with the boss, or go to the bar after work with them.
