Perspective commerciale
Avantages
When all said and done World First is still a great company to work for. It has been a difficult couple of years but things seem to be moving in the right direction. Communication has improved, priorities are becoming more defined through quarterly updates, friendly people, generally a good atmosphere with opportunities to grow in your role/move roles. Some nice perks as well.
Inconvénients
Last few years has led to some negativity. Availability of resource to get some developments done is limited although it seems like IT have hired a lot more so hopefully we'll see this filter into the year.
