      Avantages

      Hires great people, loses them quickly though due to chaos and extremely heavy top-down approach.

      Inconvénients

      There is always a game of favourites and 'superstars'. Everyone else is told they are 'replaceable'. There were issues with employment contracts and benefits for some time.
