Avantages
Majority of Co workers were great to be around - Seemingly relaxed environment - No weekend work hours - FINALLY got health insurance after being promised for over a year
Inconvénients
Management is shady - HR constantly talks badly about agents and sues everyone possible - Can be fired for no reason at all even if you are doing excellent in performance or meeting sales quotas - Fire people instead of lay them off when they got health insurance and couldn't afford the bill anymore - Management is rude and have cliques they also constantly take breaks and stay clocked in even when they are not working and just talking and gossiping - Management will make up stories to get you fired if they don't like you for some reason and you have no way to even save your job - Pay isn't the greatest compared to other call centers - Your job security and self esteem will go down the drain
