      Avantages

      -Amazing people! Honestly, this is the best thing about Workfellow. -Relaxed and chill environment. - All the necessary tools and subscriptions for work are provided (anything you might need). -International mindset

      Inconvénients

      It's a young startup, so there might be some room for uncertainty (quite hard if you're used to tight guidelines).

      Avantages

      - As a developer/engineer you get to work with a very interesting product using modern technologies - Constantly learning and developing all kinds of cool stuff - Easy to balance work and life balance especially because Workfellow allows 100% remote work from anywhere in the world. You choose where you work from - Helpful and great co-workers - So far the codebase isn't so massive so it is a great time to join and get familiar with it to understand it fully in-depth - Leadership and co-workers that really care about your opinions and ideas - Not a ton of meetings (I personally enjoy that)

      Inconvénients

      - Priorities and objectives might change suddenly which is quite normal for a startup environment
