      Avantages

      - Most people in the office are pleasant. - Exposure to standard MSP tech stack. - Flexible with unpaid time off.

      Inconvénients

      - High turnover at all levels - Poor compensation for work done (my workload was more than doubled after ~6 months of employment and I received no additional compensation. When I brought concerns up with HR/management I was met with a shrug.) -Raises are below inflation, despite what hiring managers might otherwise claim. - No real training for most positions. You are trained on tools but not on actual work processes. - Claim to run "EOS" but only certain people or positions are deemed important enough to do things like set rocks. - Non technical employees have a large amount of sway over technical decisions. - Non technical employees control the daily schedule for techs. - Ticketing system is outdated and dysfunctional. - Benefits are below average. - No remote work for my position.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are glad you view this as a good place to grow. One of our focus areas is a supportive culture of continuous learning. It is certainly our belief that innovation comes from team members that are provided opportunities to learn and develop. We know that part of being an MSP is dealing with the unexpected and while we try to continually look for ways to mitigate interruptions and emergencies sometimes, they are just the reality of our business.       Avantages

      Frequent Swag. Extra benefits from healthcare like the EAP and free virtual physical therapy. The people are pretty awesome. Great work life balance. No one is forced to work extra hours.

      Inconvénients

      Restructuring every year sometimes 2-3 times a year. They've done a few layoffs of 'unnecessary positions' only to rehire for that same position within 6 months. There are some groups of cliques that will bully you if you don't agree with things.
