- High turnover at all levels
- Poor compensation for work done (my workload was more than doubled after ~6 months of employment and I received no additional compensation. When I brought concerns up with HR/management I was met with a shrug.)
-Raises are below inflation, despite what hiring managers might otherwise claim.
- No real training for most positions. You are trained on tools but not on actual work processes.
- Claim to run "EOS" but only certain people or positions are deemed important enough to do things like set rocks.
- Non technical employees have a large amount of sway over technical decisions.
- Non technical employees control the daily schedule for techs.
- Ticketing system is outdated and dysfunctional.
- Benefits are below average.
- No remote work for my position.
