Avantages
The only thing I can think of is that you have the very slightest satisfaction you have a job and that you have good colleagues to work with. If you can find another job, jump ship right away.
Inconvénients
Management is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Completely delusional to what the employers need and expect from a firm. There’s no career growth, unrealistic targets and an egotistical power tripping CEO to boot. The promises made during the interview stages remained empty throughout my career. Work beyond stipulated work hours, get under appreciated for the work done and get micro managed is still the norm here. The Only reason I even considered putting a review after all this time is when an ex colleague told me that the management was forcing existing employees to write 4/5 star reviews in glass door to save face. That’s pretty pathetic and you can easily see that for yourself by the number of posts falling on the same day or within a day or two of eachother. Instead of fixing what’s wrong, they’d rather resort to such tactics. If this doesn’t scream toxic workplace, I don’t know what does.
