      Avantages

      VERY relaxed, nice people, hands- off management, work remote options. Good starting pay for entry level dev.

      Inconvénients

      Can be too relaxed and hands off. Only uses webforms- would be easy to get pigeon- holed off you stay too long. Tiny company- not good if you're looking for advancement opportunities.
