      Avantages

      Relative flexibility depending on position, above-average retirement match, potentially pay for your child's education.

      Inconvénients

      Management has eroded over time, very top-heavy, individual contributions are not recognized, don't expect a raise any time soon. Hard workers will be exploited until they leave out of frustration and burn out. Mediocre employees will climb the ranks.

      Avantages

      Can be pretty easy if most of your work is office hours. I had about seven hours a week and most of the time there weren't many students.

      Inconvénients

      Grading was a lot harder than I expected. Pretty demoralizing honestly; a lot of clearly ChatGPT submissions (ECE programming class mostly with freshmen who'd never seen code before, so not surprising). Grading paper exams was fine.
