      Average pay grades, lack of diversity on faculty and staff, promotions based more on time than merit, vacation time doesn't kick in until a year of service has been completed

      Avantages

      Lots to learn, some great mentors, gave my resume an excellent boost and confidence a major push. Became very confident in my skills and provided valuable connections.

      Inconvénients

      You work independently often, especially when discovered to be fine on your own, even if you might need the mentorship
