      Helpful, motivated peers. Good amount of resources to accomplish your job.

      Inconvénients

      In the end, still a money driven business. As a teaching assistant the whole way through your degree, you have to work your butt off to make it through.

      Avantages

      Lots to learn, some great mentors, gave my resume an excellent boost and confidence a major push. Became very confident in my skills and provided valuable connections.

      Inconvénients

      You work independently often, especially when discovered to be fine on your own, even if you might need the mentorship
