      Avantages

      One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Woolpert is the kind people. My peers are always willing to lend a helping hand. I can observe this daily. The collaboration is impressive. We also communicate well with one another, preventing delays at work.

      Avantages

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Potential to be on good contracts with good PM

      Inconvénients

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
