As a non-profit that serves under-served youth with educational and enrichment programs, their mission is admirable.
Inconvénients
The organization is run by an abusive narcissist who has no trouble berating and condescending to his employees. With no clear sense of direction or purpose, he leaves his staff floundering, set up for failure, and he takes no responsibility for the organization's dysfunction.
