Avantages
Nothing exciting, food for a first job in the industry but that's it.
Inconvénients
very low pay, no guaranteed pay rises each year, no recognition, no training budget (did not fund my CRT), back-to-back engagements and R&D days frequently pushed back (burnout happens very quickly here)
